What is it?

Live personal training sessions by video call with a caring and  precise eye to take you through the process!

 

A workout programme developed based on your needs to achieve your goals!

How it works?

Sessions are scheduled video-calls and last for 1 hour. You can register for a single session or get a package of 4, 8 or 12 sessions. For best results, I advice you to do 2 to 3 sessions per week.

But it is a

personalised fitness plan?

Of course!

Before we start, I want to get to know you! I'll send you a questionnaire to know your goals and your health history . According to your answers I'll develop a personalised fitness plan. If you want, I can give you some suggestions for equipment purchase, but it is not a requirement for our sessions to work.

Video lessons

What is it?

A fitness training plan that I develop and film as video lessons for you to do whenever you want!

 

The programme is planned based on your needs to achieve your goals!

How it works?

You will receive video lessons with each workout program, that contains demonstration of exercises and corrections of common errors in the execution of movements.

 

The presentation of your program can happen by video call, where we meet virtually so that I can observe your execution of the exercises and give you some more cues. But, if you prefer, I can just send you the video lessons with the workout programmes.

Then, you will follow the program on your own for1 month. At the end of the month we will contact each other to update the fitness plan.
